Hi I'm Brooke
Brooke is a voice teacher, vocal health consultant, and Graduate Candidate, M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, Emerson College.
Her teaching philosophy centers on the individual. Each student's voice, goals, learning style, and long-term vocal wellness. She believes meaningful progress comes through consistent, evidence-based training and that the small victories often become life's biggest milestones: singing a challenging note with freedom for the first time, finding the courage to audition, speaking confidently in a classroom or boardroom, or discovering a voice that feels authentically your own.
With more than twenty years of teaching experience, Brooke has coached private voice students, musical theatre performers, group classes, and dancers in studios with Broadway-level expectations. She has taught throughout Utah, Idaho, and the Washington, D.C. area. Her students have gone on to perform on Broadway and regional stages, earn placement in advanced school and county honor choirs, gain admission to competitive university performing arts programs, and compete successfully in the Miss Utah organization.
In addition to teaching, Brooke brings extensive experience as a professional performer, appearing in regional theatre and professional theme park productions. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University, a Bachelor of Arts in English with studies in Theatre from the University of Utah, and a professional acting certificate from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Emerson College with a focus on vocology the science of the human voice and the practice of vocal habilitation.
As the mother of four boys, Brooke has learned that great teaching begins with understanding each individual. Whether working with children, performers, educators, executives, or individuals recovering from vocal strain, she believes that every person deserves instruction tailored to their unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Her approach is grounded in current research, compassionate coaching, and measurable progress rather than one-size-fits-all methods.

Our Community
At The Voice Loft Co., we believe every voice has value. Whether you dream of performing on stage, leading a classroom, speaking with confidence at work, or simply finding joy in singing, your voice deserves to be healthy, strong, and authentically yours.
For more than 20 years, we've had the privilege of coaching singers, performers, educators, and speakers through every stage of their vocal journey. We know that no two voices are alike. Every student arrives with a unique story, different goals, and individual strengths and challenges. That's why we reject a one-size-fits-all approach. Every lesson is personalized, drawing from current voice science, proven vocal pedagogy, and practical performance experience to create training that is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual.
We are passionate about lifelong vocal health. Great singing isn't just about hitting higher notes or singing louder—it's about building a voice that is efficient, expressive, resilient, and sustainable. Our teaching emphasizes healthy vocal technique, confidence, artistry, and communication skills that serve students not only on the stage but throughout their lives.
We also believe opportunity should come before affordability. Too often, talented people never discover what their voices are capable of because they assume voice lessons are beyond their reach or wonder if they're "good enough" to begin. We want to remove that barrier. Every new student receives one complimentary voice lesson, regardless of financial circumstances, because we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience quality vocal instruction and discover what their voice can become.
The Voice Loft Co. is more than a voice studio—it's a place where confidence is built, healthy habits are formed, and individuals are empowered to express themselves with authenticity. We celebrate progress over perfection, encourage curiosity over fear, and believe that every voice has the potential to grow.
Whether you're preparing for Broadway, a school musical, college auditions, church music, public speaking, professional presentations, or simply singing for the love of it, we are committed to helping you build a voice that will serve you for a lifetime.
Welcome to The Voice Loft Co.—where healthy voices, confident performers, and lifelong communicators are developed one student at a time.
